The universe is roughly 13.7 billion years old. Our solar system formed about 4.5 billion years ago. Life on earth has existed for around 3.5 billion years. Modern homosapiens have existed for a little over 50,000 years. If we compressed the history of the universe into a 24 hour period then we wouldn't have even shown up until the last fraction of the last second.
